Would someone be kind enough to enlighten me on how others are handling the high gas prices for staff.

What kind of incentive programs are Housekeeping managers running to enable us to retain good housekeepers on a full time basis and keep the returning summer help coming back?

Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I give a bonus to seasonal staff if they make all 9 Saturdays of our season.
( $200.00) but after taxes it is only $130.00
Seasonal staff receive 25 cent increases 30 days into season, each season they return, along with the bonus.
