Hi everyone:
Hopefully I am not the only one out there who has this problem. I have a handful of owners that I cannot seem to please no matter what I do. I realize that you cannot please everyone all of the time, but it seems like this very samll group occupies so much of my mental time.
I would welcome any feedback on strategies any of you may have that have proven successful in the past. I have tried pretty much everything that I know and to no avail. Thanks!
