CVRI CERTIFICATION

Certified Vacation Rental Inspector (CVRI) is the designation that all inspectors and quality control staff will want to earn. The procedures to certify one or more of your inspectors are as follows:

1. Download training requirements and application. This is a PDF file and you will need to install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these files.

2. After the training has been completed, fill out the application and mail to us, along with the application fee.

3. When the training stated on the application has been verified, a copy of a 25 question test will be sent for each applicant.

4. Monitor the test, administering the test to all candidates for certification at the same time.

5. Return the tests in the prepaid mailer envelope to VRHP.

6. They will be graded, and those passing will be sent their certification pin and certificate. Those that did not pass will be sent a second test. If this one is not passed, they must go thorugh all steps of the training once more and reapply.
